Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain Salesforce test cases, scripts, and test data while performing manual and automated testing.
- Plan, estimate, design, and execute functional, GUI, regression, retesting, integration, user acceptance, production sanity, data migration, and data flow testing.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix, perform root cause analysis, and create quality improvement action plans.
- Gather business requirements through documentation and workshops, analyze customer challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Support project delivery planning, sprint planning, team coordination, stand-up meetings, customer calls, and retrospectives.
- Create user training materials and conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Configure and manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports, and list views.
- Develop management dashboards to track key performance parameters.
- Query, extract, and upload data in the system.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of quality assurance experience, with significant experience in Salesforce environments.
- The posting specifies 4 to 6 years of overall experience.
- Basic Salesforce administration knowledge, including user management, security settings, customization, report generation, and list view configuration.
- Knowledge of querying, extracting, and uploading system data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or M.Tech qualification; the education section specifies Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development, including Process Builder and Apex, is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
