Responsibilities
- Review client requirements, designs, and functional specifications with team members.
- Create and develop test plans and test cases.
- Develop computer programs or scripts to automate functional tests using ServiceNow ATF.
- Execute test cases and analyze and report test results.
- Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot issues and communicate recommendations.
- Prepare testing and reporting documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support quality-improvement initiatives and estimate testing effort and timelines.
- Train and mentor junior testers.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ServiceNow testing experience is required.
- Automated testing using ServiceNow ATF is preferred.
- CSA certification is preferred or advantageous.
