Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows that improve time-to-value for technical integrations.
- Drive adoption, expansion, and successful business outcomes for WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts.
Requirements
- Over five years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least three years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience working with APIs, sophisticated prompts, and linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and C-suite audiences.
- A builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging generative AI technologies.
