Base Salary
$146k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and champion internal Quality Programs to drive engineering-wide process changes.
- Define and enforce hard metrics for platform reliability.
- Architect Shift-Left Pipeline Gates for automated checks in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Build real-world load testing for customer onboarding.
- Engineer synthetic data and production canaries for testing.
- Leverage generative AI tooling to accelerate development.
- Drive tooling consolidation to unify testing infrastructure.
- Help define and maintain development practices for quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in languages like Python or Go.
- Strong product-oriented mindset focused on outcomes over output.
- Experience building and refactoring complex distributed systems.
- Familiarity with declarative infrastructure as code (IaC) deployment patterns.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- AI experience in testing tools and architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
