Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Develop custom scripts, triggers, and APIs to enhance marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to SFMC.
- Test and validate SFMC solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Document SFMC solutions and processes for knowledge sharing.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work.
- Communicate project concepts and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Design and implement automated email/mobile journeys using various Marketing Cloud tools.
- Analyze email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio and Journey Builder.
- Knowledge of 1+ programming languages in SFMC such as AMPScript, HTML, CSS, SSJS, or SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales & Service Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification.
- Ability to design customer journeys and associated data models.
- Understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
