Responsibilities
- Define and own the architectural direction for Console's platform pillars.
- Lead architectural decision-making and author design documents.
- Design self-service integration patterns to reduce coordination overhead.
- Own the technical evolution of complex cross-cutting systems.
- Partner with engineering managers to align on platform capability roadmaps.
- Set and maintain engineering quality standards for Console's platform.
- Mentor and develop engineers across Console sub-teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-team platform or shared-infrastructure systems.
- Strong full-stack web engineering depth spanning frontend and backend.
- Experience achieving technical alignment across teams without line management authority.
- Experience building or governing access control and identity systems in an enterprise SaaS context.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous ownership spaces and establishing clarity.
- Evidence of improving the engineering capability of those around you through mentorship.
