Responsibilities
- Design and develop lending-origination workflows using Camunda 8 for process orchestration.
- Implement service-task integrations using Java-based job workers.
- Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for handling user tasks.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and SQL-based systems.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver clean, scalable, testable code with 100% automated test coverage.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and maintain JIRA updates.
- Provide third-line production support and assist with first-line UAT support.
- Ensure compliance with CIB metrics, including TADS, and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Camunda-based solutions with strong Java backend development skills.
- Experience with Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, Rest Assured, and Mockito.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Axios, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong SQL knowledge, preferably with MS SQL, and experience with aPaaS platforms, particularly OpenShift V4.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Stash, Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, Veracode, Maven, Gradle, and NPM.
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge of object-oriented programming and data structures.
- Experience working in Agile environments and exposure to banking or financial-sector projects.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka or IBM MQ.
