Responsibilities
- Discover customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges, then translate requirements into suitable Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly build creative AI prototypes during customer hackathons.
- Help customers deploy autonomous AI agents at scale using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects end to end and align solutions with customer AI strategies.
- Develop expertise in selected business domains or industries and share knowledge across the organization.
- Present and quantify business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are achieved.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Build and code within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Scope business and technical requirements, handle objections, deliver demos, understand value selling, and manage customer accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technology to business challenges.
- Customer-centric mindset and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, curious, self-motivated, continuous-learning approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain.
- Preferred: technical and business combined education, customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept experience, hands-on agentic systems experience, LLM ecosystem knowledge, supply chain process experience, ROI/TCO modeling experience, and SAP or Oracle experience.
