Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services for Robinhood Wallet.
- Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements with strict correctness and scalability standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to system performance and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with client teams, product managers, designers, and external vendors for reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor other engineers and elevate the technical standards of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Expertise in backend development using Go, Python, or Java.
- Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong sense of personal accountability with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
