Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-ready features using .NET/C#, Angular/TypeScript, and Azure.
- Set technical direction and lead architecture or design reviews across multiple platform domains.
- Identify architectural, scalability, performance, and technical-debt risks and drive them toward resolution.
- Design relational schemas, optimize SQL queries, and support scalable, resilient cloud-hosted systems.
- Mentor developers through regular pairing and substantive code review.
- Surface risks and blockers early, facilitate technical debate, and drive disagreements to clear decisions.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in modern .NET, including C#, ASP.NET Core, async/await patterns, performance optimization, and API design.
- Strong front-end engineering experience with TypeScript, Angular, and modern state management patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing relational schemas and optimizing SQL queries with Azure SQL or SQL Server.
- Experience operating cloud-hosted systems on Azure, including scalability, resiliency, and cost/performance tradeoffs.
- Ability to lead architecture and design discussions and align subject matter experts and leadership on technical direction across multiple domains.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring developers through pairing and substantive code review.
