Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and other Salesforce components.
  • Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and data structures.
  • Customize Salesforce using Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder, and other declarative tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Perform Salesforce data migrations and data quality management.
  • Create technical design documentation, follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and apply Salesforce best practices.
  • Execute test plans, build automated tests, write unit tests, and troubleshoot development or implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with administrators to support Salesforce stability, security, and scalability.
  • Stay current with new Salesforce product capabilities and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management System, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, point-and-click administration tools, and Salesforce object and data models.
  • Extensive API and systems integration experience, including Boomi and/or MuleSoft.
  • Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline usage or management with Gearset or Flosum.
  • Experience with Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages and related frameworks is advantageous.
  • Experience working in small remote teams and with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Jira, Rally, or Agile Accelerator is preferred.
  • High-level troubleshooting skills, strong written and spoken English at minimum B2 level, and a quality-focused self-starter approach.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
