$261k - $354k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute a multi-year technical roadmap with AI leadership focused on emerging technologies and capabilities.
- Build end-to-end AI solutions and new AI-native customer experiences.
- Collaborate with business units and platform teams to test and deploy technologies into products and platforms.
- Ensure data quality, model evaluation, monitoring, testing, retraining, and lifecycle management.
- Champion fair, transparent, trustworthy, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor and grow AI talent while promoting innovation, ethics, and technical rigor.
- Contribute to publications, patents, talks, or open source projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience or significant demonstrated impact developing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Deep AI expertise, particularly in training LLMs, reasoning models, multimodal models, forecasting and planning, decision-making under uncertainty, multi-objective optimization, learning from human feedback, data cognition, and deep personalization.
- Experience building production-grade scalable AI agents and systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Experience with large-scale machine learning applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
- Strong computer science and data science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, data analysis, model training, A/B testing, and MLOps.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly, adapt, learn new AI technologies, and deliver results.
- Experience with customer-focused A/B tests, prototypes, or rapid user experiments.
