Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Agentic AI and GenAI initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for autonomous agents and generative AI to create business value.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of intelligent agent frameworks, including goal-driven and tool-using agents.
- Oversee the use of LLMs, multimodal models, and fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific use cases.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, or Bachelor of Engineering qualification.
- Mandatory experience with GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Industry experience in finance or consulting is preferred.
- A track record of publishing or contributing to open-source AI frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of the regulatory, ethical, and societal implications of autonomous AI systems is preferred.
