Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement AI-driven software components that integrate with existing systems.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability within custom applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team’s work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement software development best practices to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven software components.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to optimize AI models for performance and scalability within custom applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools used in AI and software engineering environments.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
