Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement complex workflows integrating artificial intelligence agents.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven workflows for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as an SME, manage team activities, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience designing and implementing complex AI-agent workflows within software systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and workflow automation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
