Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered Service Desk chatbot and self-service solutions.
- Configure conversational workflows, intents, knowledge retrieval, and resolution journeys.
- Build ServiceNow automations and integrations with chatbot platforms, Nexthink, Microsoft services, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Implement intelligent ticket routing, automated ticket creation, self-healing capabilities, and automated remediation use cases.
- Analyze Service Desk contact drivers and improve self-service adoption, containment, automation effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Own chatbot and automation solutions as a technical subject matter expert and identify emerging AI use cases.
- Support testing, deployment, validation, operational readiness, technical documentation, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT automation, platform engineering, ServiceNow, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered chatbot platforms and conversational AI technologies.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and automation frameworks.
- Experience with the ServiceNow Platform, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CIS, CAD, CSA, or equivalent certifications.
- Preferred experience includes GenAI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Nexthink, Digital Employee Experience, endpoint automation, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge management, and self-healing or autonomous support solutions.
