Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Develop custom solutions using Microsoft 365 frameworks and tools, with a focus on SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance features and integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Improve software performance and reliability and document development processes and solutions.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and help solve work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and customization techniques.
- Experience developing custom solutions using Microsoft 365 frameworks and tools.
- Ability to implement security and compliance features within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
