Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure on-time publication of EPR reports and EPR remittance declarations for EU sellers.
- Perform data processing using Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, QuickSight, and AWS technologies.
- Automate manual processes associated with monthly operational cycles.
- Drive discussions with PMT and stakeholders to generate and maintain metrics.
- Partner with SDM to build scripts and tools for test infrastructure and troubleshoot reported bugs.
- Maintain pipelines and lead other core support engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development or technical support experience.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or a related collaborative workflow.
- Preferred knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Preferred experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
- Preferred experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
