Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design, implement, maintain, and enhance scalable software components and existing applications.
- Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and support ServiceNow integrations, portals, ITSM, and ITOM capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert while participating in team discussions.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, including ServiceNow ITSM, integrations, portals, and ITOM.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
