Responsibilities
- Build and enhance web-based applications and web services for Amazon Business.
- Design and architect new and existing systems with attention to reliability and scalability.
- Program using at least one software programming language.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including coding, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience in software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
