Base Salary

$115k - $325k/yr

Responsibilities

Engage business and technology leaders to understand strategy, evaluate technology options and tradeoffs, and influence key decisions.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members and leading projects.
Build new functionality and enhancements for systems supporting the systematic investment process.
Analyze investment data flows and identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and increased resiliency.
Migrate legacy systems to modern cloud-native platforms and design and implement cloud-native technology solutions.
Automate the software development, testing, and deployment lifecycle for investment process applications.
Support production escalations with urgency.

At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 5 years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with AWS preferred.
Strong knowledge of databases and data manipulation languages and platforms, including SQL, Iceberg, Spark, Pandas, or Polars.
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience building and supporting mission-critical production systems.
Strong ownership, initiative, debugging, problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of automated testing and a focus on improving business processes through system performance and resilience.
Experience in asset management or the financial services industry is preferred.

Base salary plus annual discretionary bonuses and a robust benefits package.
