Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end DXP Studio pipeline from Figma through DXP Spec to production-ready BDC code.
- Define AI agent composition, orchestration, supervision, LLM provider abstraction, context assembly, MCP tool surfaces, and execution environments.
- Own the DXP Dictionary and knowledge architecture for NuDS specifications, tokens, canonical patterns, and domain knowledge.
- Lead integrations with NuDS, BDC/Core, HPP, and App Excellence through clear technical contracts.
- Design automated generation-time quality enforcement covering NuDS compliance, token correctness, accessibility, structural integrity, and golden tests.
- Set the 6–18 month technical strategy and roadmap, balancing proofs of concept with long-term scalability.
- Mentor engineers, lead design reviews and RFCs, and promote AI-augmented development practices across Nubank.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on daily experience with LLMs, AI agents, and AI-powered development tools.
- Strong software architecture experience designing multi-component platforms that integrate AI and LLM capabilities into production workflows.
- Understanding of design-to-code pipelines, design systems, or component-driven UI development, ideally connecting design tools with code generation.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, context management, RAG architectures, or MCP tool development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex architectural decisions to Product, Design, and senior leadership.
- Product-minded approach with experience proving value through prototypes before scaling platform capabilities.
- Experience with BDC or similar backend-driven content patterns and broader mobile or frontend ecosystems.
- Experience with Flutter at the intersection of design systems and code generation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin, or Cursor is a plus.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms, agent farms, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
- Understanding of analytical architectures, experimentation platforms, feature flags, and progressive rollout strategies is a plus.
- Experience productizing internal developer tools or platforms for large engineering organizations is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source AI developer tools or active participation in the AI-for-developers community is a plus.
