Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based container deployments.
- Build and maintain MSI packages for application deployment and updates.
- Administer and monitor Azure Cloud infrastructure for availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Perform Linux administration, VM patching, configuration management, compliance work, monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, and container lifecycles.
- Experience building and deploying MSI packages and managing Azure Cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell scripting.
- Experience with VM patching strategies and tools and strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, plus incident management.
- Preferred: Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400, Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD, and experience with Terraform or ARM templates.
- Preferred: knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
