Responsibilities
- Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support incident resolution and meet service-level agreements.
- Streamline deployment pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance.
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment documentation.
- Optimize CPQ processes and improve system efficiency.
- Work with BML scripts, pricing rules and formulas, configuration models, and approval workflows.
Requirements
- Require 2–3 years of experience with Oracle CPQ.
- Require knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, monitoring tools, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Require strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prefer experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Prefer proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, BML, and BMQL.
- Prefer knowledge of JSON and REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Oracle CPQ-related certifications are a plus.
