Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software supporting Kubernetes platform services and operational workflows.
- Develop APIs, automation services, integrations, and reusable platform components in Golang and/or Python.
- Build and enhance services running on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Create Infrastructure as Code solutions for platform provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Automate platform operations to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Support containerized workloads and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Participate in incident management, on-call support, customer engagements, monitoring, and observability initiatives.
- Contribute to AIOps, AI-enabled operational tooling, and developer productivity solutions.
Requirements
- Requires 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
- Requires strong proficiency in Golang and/or Python.
- Requires experience developing software applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Requires familiarity with OpenShift or similar enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- Requires experience with Git, container technologies such as Docker or Podman, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include Kubernetes architecture, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, Operators, networking, storage, and security concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices, distributed systems, automated testing, API design, monitoring, logging, observability, and automation frameworks.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, vector databases, and intelligent automation.
