Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer and engineer Salesforce, focusing on configuration, security, and ongoing platform health.
- Maintain and extend the Planhat customer success platform, including health scores and dashboards.
- Act as a key technical resource for RocketLane implementation and customer onboarding workflows.
- Translate process needs into structured system designs for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Build, configure, and test new capabilities across the technology stack.
- Own deployment and release management with appropriate change control.
- Design and support AI agents and bots to automate workflows for GTM and Customer Operations.
- Build and maintain integrations across various platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Improve data quality and deliver essential reporting and dashboards.
- Provide user support and create enablement materials for platform users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering and configuring SaaS business platforms.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including security and automation.
- Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of system work: design, build, deployment, and administration.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between SaaS platforms.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate process needs into reliable systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-changing tooling environment.
