Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional product team.
- Contribute to clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional backend development experience using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents and an open mindset toward AI-assisted software development.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments is preferred.
