Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software solutions for customer consulting and software-development projects.
Apply AI methods and tools across the software-development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
Build agentic workflows using tool use/function calling, planner-executor approaches, and multi-agent patterns.
Define guardrails and ensure reliable behavior of AI systems.
Develop RAG and retrieval architectures using embeddings, chunking strategies, and re-ranking.
Evaluate system quality systematically and optimize latency and cost.
Provide technical leadership in project teams when needed.
Share knowledge through training and other knowledge-transfer activities.

Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
Deep practical software-development knowledge, for example with Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
Practical experience applying AI in software engineering, such as Claude or Copilot.
Knowledge of AI algorithms and machine-learning fundamentals, including classification, clustering, and embeddings.
Ability to evaluate AI systems.
Practical experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel, prompting, and structured outputs.
Familiarity with agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A.
Fluent German at least C1 level and very good English at least B2 level.
Ability to work independently and actively contribute to project-team success.
