Responsibilities
- Design the agentic layer with self-checking and verification processes.
- Orchestrate agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation.
- Establish low latency serving and token-level observability for inference paths.
- Productionize prompt pipelines and fine-tuning processes.
- Utilize AI tools effectively in development, testing, and support.
- Define company culture and engineering standards while making informed decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in building secure connectors and runtime systems.
- Familiarity with LangGraph and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in software development.
- Ability to communicate clearly and make decisions with limited information.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
