Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the zero-to-one product and its infrastructure
- Build secure connectors and runtimes for complex enterprise systems
- Create developer tooling and analysis and planning engines for transforming legacy code
- Design self-checking, reflection, and verification passes for agentic workflows
- Stand up low-latency inference paths with token-level observability
- Productionize prompt pipelines, retrieval, and light fine-tuning where valuable
- Work directly with customers on high-leverage projects
- Help define the company’s culture, engineering standards, and roadmap
Requirements
- Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation
- Familiarity with LangGraph is a plus
- Hands-on experience applying AI to development, testing, data, and support
- Ability to make decisions with limited information and communicate clearly
- Comfort learning new technology stacks and moving quickly while maintaining reliability
