Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to feature development across the stack.
- Implement UI components and user interactions in React + TypeScript.
- Support backend endpoints, data models, and APIs.
- Test, debug, and improve performance for real-time workflows.
- Learn from senior engineers while developing ownership over key areas.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in full-stack or front-end development or equivalent personal projects.
- Proficiency in React + TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Node, tRPC, or similar frameworks.
- Curiosity about distributed systems or creative/AI tools.
- Understanding of web fundamentals and component architecture.
- Eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow within a small, fast-moving team.
