Base Salary
$92k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and productionize C/C++ software to modernize a research codebase.
- Develop infrastructure supporting CI/CD, software metrics collection, and MLOps.
- Implement modular, scalable, reliable, accurate, and high-performance software systems, applications, and architectures.
- Apply and maintain software engineering best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with Software Leads and diverse stakeholders to understand program intent, system capabilities, and output requirements.
- Debug existing software and correct defects while adding new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 0+ years of related experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance and enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.
- Ability to meet customer-specific security screening requirements within the management-defined timeframe.
- Experience working in C/C++, coding new software, modifying existing software, open software/system architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based or other software configuration management tools.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CUDA, GPUs, high-performance numerical/scientific computing, parallel computing, SWaP-constrained development, signal-processing algorithms, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps experience.
