Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI interaction patterns and user-facing product features end-to-end.
- Partner with product designers from early concepts through production.
- Own information architecture, user flows, copy, error states, loading states, and other experience details.
- Validate solutions against real user problems and improve usability and discoverability.
- Develop server-side logic, data models, database queries, and API contracts.
- Follow up on shipped features and communicate technical reasoning and trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production features end-to-end.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and frontend performance.
- Experience with server-side logic, data models, database queries, and API contracts.
- Experience owning user experience beyond implementation and working closely with product designers.
- Familiarity with building AI or machine learning features in production.
- Experience using AI coding tools while understanding the code they generate.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
- Annual salary range of €60,000 to €90,000.
