Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop unit tests and promote scalable, maintainable, performant, and reliable code.
- Implement scalable solutions and integrate systems across business, technology, and product stakeholders.
- Use AWS services, cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure as code to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Use CI/CD tools to streamline the delivery of new features and fixes.
- Apply secure coding, security compliance, risk management, and control practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and lead or guide complex assignments.
- Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building large-scale applications with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS and solving complex business issues.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and design, security compliance, Linux, networking, routing, and firewalls.
- Demonstrable expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, KMS, ELB, SNS, SQS, and IAM.
- Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitLab for CI/CD delivery.
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Java scripting and programming.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and work collaboratively.
