Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements from POC workshops to production deployment.
- Write and ship production code in customer codebases.
- Architect solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
- Conduct customer hackathons and builder activation events.
- Build and maintain reusable technical assets for adoption.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to create deployable code.
- Evangelize Twilio within B2B builder communities.
- Ensure customer teams understand the platform capabilities.
- Synthesize field insights to inform R&D of product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong track record of shipping production code in real systems.
- Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience running end-to-end technical engagements.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in forward deployed engineering or solution engineering preferred.
