Base Salary
$122k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Corporate Payments cross-cutting and core services.
- Define and implement architectural roadmaps aligned with business objectives, industry practices, and partner engineering teams.
- Build next-generation Corporate Payments products including UIs, APIs, webhooks, and data streams.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to reuse development practices and components and reduce duplication.
- Implement efficient engineering methods that reduce time-to-market and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expertise developing and deploying internal and external services using cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience writing unit, component, and integration tests and understanding the test pyramid.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native engineering tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Excellent team-building, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
