Responsibilities
- Guide engineering teams on software architecture, design practices, technology choices, and implementation standards.
- Oversee complex software projects from concept through production delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation and R&D across AI-native engineering practices, cloud, DevOps, and software development toolchains.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product delivery in alignment with the product vision.
- Design, develop, and maintain production SaaS applications while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.
- Translate AI and LLM innovation into measurable business and engineering productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET, and strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and lead complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains, with experience in cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Previous technical leadership and architectural design experience, along with strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
