Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, and maintain custom .NET full-stack software solutions and SaaS applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, best practices, and technology decisions.
- Oversee projects from concept through production and drive successful product delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product vision execution with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation and contribute to cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, and LLM initiatives.
- Balance short- and long-term product goals while addressing complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development and software development or engineering roles.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET, and strong knowledge of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring engineers, leading complex large-scale projects, and providing architectural and technical leadership.
- Ability to set technical direction, operate across strategic and detailed levels of abstraction, and make high-stakes decisions.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience driving results across cross-functional teams and making effective product trade-offs.
- Understanding of security best practices, automation, engineering toolchains, LLMs, and AI modernization.
