Responsibilities
- Design and operate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions across Business AI Platform environments.
- Embed vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, secret detection, and access control throughout delivery pipelines.
- Implement GDPR, SOC2, data-boundary compliance, and audit trails as code.
- Build automated and standardized provisioning for customer environments.
- Develop evaluation pipelines and quality gates for agentic systems, including AI output quality, guardrails, and performance benchmarking.
- Define and enforce DevSecOps standards across delivery squads, partners, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in DevSecOps, including CI/CD design, infrastructure as code, and compliance automation.
- Proven experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and provisioning cloud-native environments with infrastructure as code.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, secret detection, and access control in pipeline stages.
- Experience implementing GDPR, SOC2, data-boundary enforcement, and audit trails as code.
- Familiarity with deployment patterns for agent-based systems and LLM integrations in multi-tenant environments.
- Ability to define standards and enforce them through tooling across delivery squads and partners.
- Strategic thinking, business understanding, influencing skills, emotional intelligence, and confidence working through complex problems.
- Comfort using AI tools, including agentic AI, to automate tasks, evaluate outputs, and support adoption of AI practices.
