Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents that perform real business work using the agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models.
- Work forward-deployed with growth pods to identify problems and own end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate LLM-based systems, identify failure modes, and improve reliability and safety.
- Measure whether delivered systems produce effective business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration.
- Experience shipping production systems that others relied upon, starting from a vague problem.
- Experience building with LLMs beyond demos and evaluating their performance and failure modes.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of built systems.
- Experience with GTM data or marketing systems is a bonus.
