Responsibilities
- Design and build internal platforms and tooling for engineers.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and reduce friction.
- Develop AI-powered workflows to enhance software development processes.
- Collaborate with product engineering and technical leaders to address pain points.
- Create intuitive and reliable tools that engineers prefer to use.
- Measure the impact of improvements using engineering metrics and developer feedback.
- Contribute to the technical direction and standards of the Developer Experience Engineering team.
