Responsibilities
- Own AI-driven software solutions end-to-end from problem discovery and stakeholder interviews through design, development, deployment, and support.
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native systems with Python backend services, Angular or React frontends, and Azure infrastructure.
- Integrate data science models, optimization algorithms, and AI agents into production systems.
- Analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical designs, and develop and maintain complex applications.
- Lead development, systems integration, end-user testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and scope coordination.
- Develop application architecture and code involving databases, scripting, user interfaces, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Perform feasibility, technical, infrastructure, organizational, and economic analysis of alternative solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, specifications, infrastructure requirements, application training, production monitoring, and ongoing technical support.
- Perform project management activities including estimates, dependencies, sequencing, resource assignment, critical path analysis, and problem resolution.
- Research and apply new technologies, industry trends, design practices, system development practices, and production monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong cloud infrastructure and cloud-native system design expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React and Azure-based programming.
- Strong Python development experience and experience with Azure Logic App, Function App, Storage, Static Web Apps, ADFS, and Azure development.
- Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, MFC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, AJAX, PL/SQL, SQL, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, API programming, and client programming.
- Experience building or deploying AI-enabled or data-intensive systems and developing internal enterprise platforms or tools is advantageous.
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, AI-first SDLC processes, report building in .NET, complex SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server query languages.
- Experience with unit, integration, and regression testing, test case writing, documentation, application troubleshooting, requirements analysis, estimation, and technical support.
- Experience with a service desk or similar request management system.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency, teamwork, initiative, self-motivation, and end-to-end project ownership.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field, RPA using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, IoT and GPS tracker platforms, SharePoint, CPI and BTP Integration/EDI programming, and AutoCAD/Inventor are additional preferred qualifications.
