Base Salary
$111k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create interactive experiences that reward both viewers and creators.
- Architect and build robust, scalable applications capable of handling millions of concurrent users.
- Participate in operational excellence work to maintain and support live services.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build new products and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience focused on building scalable systems.
- Excellent proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go and distributed system technologies.
- Experience building product experiences that users value, with strong problem-solving skills in algorithms, data structures, and distributed system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Bonus: familiarity with Golang, TypeScript, or React; mobile development experience; AWS experience with ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, or Step Functions; and interest in gaming, streaming, or Twitch.
