Responsibilities
- Lead SAP finance solution architecture for client engagements and align technology design with financial process objectives.
- Advise clients on SAP finance capabilities, process optimization, and solution options for complex business scenarios.
- Translate client requirements into scalable SAP architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities and keep solution delivery on track.
- Validate system designs, integration points, and data flows across SAP finance applications and connected platforms.
- Develop configuration approaches and design documentation for finance transformation initiatives.
- Review business process models and identify opportunities to improve financial operations and reporting.
- Coach teams through technical issue resolution, design tradeoffs, and changing project priorities.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, recommendations, and problem solving.
- Guide teams through complex solution delivery while modeling professional and technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 12 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- At least one SAP certification in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms, is preferred.
- Experience designing SAP Customer solutions across sales, service, or commerce domains is preferred.
- Experience leading client conversations on customer-facing SAP architecture and process design is preferred.
- Ability to apply systems thinking to complex SAP Customer transformation challenges is preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution roadmaps is preferred.
- Experience coaching teams through ambiguous delivery situations and shifting priorities is preferred.
- Ability to communicate holistic solution narratives to senior stakeholders is preferred.
