Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Design scalable architectures using Microsoft Business Applications, Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, and appropriate AI capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
- Serve as the primary technical client contact throughout project delivery.
- Lead custom development, integrations, data migration, and systems engineering workstreams.
- Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, documentation, testing, governance, risk mitigation, and solution quality.
- Support project planning and delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Mentor and develop technical consultants through coaching, code reviews, and technical leadership.
- Promote best practices across Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX solutions.
- 5+ years of consulting or professional services experience with enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in X++ development and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customization.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architectures.
- Working knowledge of Azure services, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Experience leading technical teams or technical workstreams on enterprise implementation projects.
- Understanding of integrations, data migration, and systems engineering concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, business, and senior client audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex technical problems, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft Business Applications.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or AI-powered automation in enterprise solutions.
- Preferred: PMP or CSM certification, technical-team mentoring experience, and knowledge of C#/.NET and modern integration patterns.
