Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and technical strategies for custom software solutions.
- Lead and coordinate teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Implement and configure SAP IBP Order-Based Planning for Response and Supply.
- Design and optimize supply planning processes using heuristics and/or optimizer solutions.
- Manage SAP IBP master data, planning models, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Analyze and resolve supply planning and order fulfillment issues.
- Lead business workshops, testing, and user training activities.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP IBP capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
