Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Manage application features and release cycles while maintaining compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain high availability.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, low-code platforms, and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and share knowledge with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with APIs and enterprise-system integration techniques.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of SaaS application release-management processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
