Responsibilities
- Modernize the FX trade processing platform and migrate to the strategic risk platform.
- Build and integrate trade feed, reconciliation, and control components.
- Support cloud adoption, automation testing, environment management, and regression-testing improvements.
- Improve software development, build, deployment, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation practices.
- Evaluate complex business and system processes, resolve high-impact problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Champion technical best practices and coach junior team members and analysts.
- Ensure application designs align with the overall architecture blueprint.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience is required.
- Advanced Java development experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and OAuth is required.
- Thorough knowledge of clean-code practices and test-driven development is required.
- Experience with Gradle or Maven, Linux/Unix, and build platforms such as Jenkins or TeamCity is required.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, observability tools, and orchestration frameworks such as Conductor or Temporal is advantageous or preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI is sought.
- A bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
