Responsibilities

Advise private equity firms on strategic technology challenges related to acquisitions and divestitures.
Support technology due diligence, technology carve-outs, technology post-merger integration, and portfolio-company value creation initiatives.
Drive strategic IT implementation projects and actively steer relevant project modules.
Analyze client situations and market developments to shape future-oriented customer journeys.
Design and optimize IT architectures for enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital solutions.
Apply machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI tools to consulting and client work.
Address cybersecurity and cyber-resilience considerations in technology strategies.

Multiple years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, IT project management, or a technology-related corporate development or startup environment.
Basic understanding of technology financials and their impact on deal value.
Experience with M&A environments, especially technology due diligence, technology carve-outs, technology post-merger integration, or private-equity-related value creation.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and the ability to apply them across work tasks.
Strong strategic, analytical, conceptual, creative, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
