Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes from initial discovery through realized ROI across assigned process areas.
- Develop executive narratives, lead business-value workshops, and support value selling and realization.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, change management, and Center of Excellence roadmaps.
- Orchestrate global transformation programs across complex, multi-region or multi-business-unit workstreams.
- Use AI tools for account planning, project management, technical outputs, and automated executive governance.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps to increase adoption of the Celonis platform.
- Partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep-dive solution builds and provide feedback to R&D.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- Solid enterprise IT and business software experience, including familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Ability to use AI copilots and automation tools to generate outputs while avoiding heavy manual coding.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and value realization.
- Experience orchestrating multi-region or multi-business-unit transformation programs and mobilizing VP- and Director-level sponsorship.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains and current Retail trends.
- Fluent English communication skills and commanding executive presence.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field, or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor.
- Self-directed builder mentality with a strong focus on customer value.
