Responsibilities
- Own the global consulting practice and consulting artifacts for the Data Management domain.
- Lead or support domain-specific scoping during sales and early project phases for complex consulting engagements.
- Advise on solution options, custom feasibility, architecture, and design for client projects.
- Define and validate custom architecture and design while ensuring build quality and ongoing design assurance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engagement Leads, Product Management, Value Streams, consultants, and project teams.
- Resolve domain-specific challenges and represent the Data Management domain in solution-direction discussions.
- Document and disseminate domain knowledge, best practices, and consulting patterns.
- Support onboarding, capability building, mentoring, and community leadership within Consulting.
- Contribute structured feedback to standards, methodologies, and enablement initiatives.
- Interface with clients and senior stakeholders on custom solution matters.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant business field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience designing and implementing SimCorp Dimension solutions.
- Deep business knowledge within the Data Management domain.
- Experience with several SimCorp Dimension implementations from the early project stages.
- Understanding of clients’ general business processes and operating models.
- Experience with the SimCorp Data Management Core solution and SimCorp Data Management Service is a plus.
- International experience and a global mindset.
- Ability to build relationships, drive discussions, and influence stakeholders.
- Ability and interest in partnering across different parts of the SimCorp organization.
- Proactive, creative, commercially minded, and globally oriented.
- Proficiency in English.
