Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets and transactions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to create robust technical solutions.
- Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed components.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Influence the roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks like wallet integrations and dApp development.
- Familiarity with DeFi primitives and their real-world applications.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and a security-first mindset.
- Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable distributed systems.
